France Business Visa:

The required documents:

  • Completion of Schengen business visa application form
  • 4 colour photos of the applicant with white background
  • Invitation letter (from a company or institution in France)
  • Hotel reservation for the whole period of stay in Schengen must be provided directly from a hotel in France
  • Evidence of assets
  • Evidence of employment/business (official gazzette, articles of association, applicant’s share status; resume of the company and company’s account turn over for the last 3 months)
  • Evidence of prior travels to Schengen/USA/Canada/Australia,…(if any)
  • Payment of Rls. 820,000.0 to be paid in cash to the embassy
  • For university students travelling to attend a conference, evidence of enrolment in the university; and a support letter from the Iranian ministry of foreign affairs
  • At the time of visa grant applicant must provide confirmation of payment of the hotel charges for the whole period of stay as well as a travel insurance for the whole period of stay in Schengen state and a flight reservation
  • Evidence of prior travels to schengen/usa/canada/australia,…. (if any)
  • Receipt of payment of Rls. 675,000.0 to tejarat bank, Ahmad Ghassir branch paid into the embassy’s account
  • For members of scientific boards of the universities or university professors or top university students travelling to attend a conference, a support letter from the iranian ministry of foreign affairs is also required
